Welcome to Fyll. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fyll mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Service”) provided by Fyll (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Fyll helps households, offices, and teams track pantry inventory, scan receipts, discover nearby deals, and coordinate restocking. The Service is provided free of charge. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and may offer paid features in the future with clear notice.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. If you use Fyll on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything illegal or harmful;
- Upload content you don't have the right to share, including receipts or photos containing someone else's personal data without consent;
- Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- Use the Service to harass others or send unsolicited messages.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Fyll — pantry items, receipts, photos, and messages. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. We use AI to parse receipts and generate suggestions; we do not sell your content or use it to train external models.
5. Free service
Fyll is currently free for all users. That doesn't mean we guarantee uptime, feature availability, or a particular level of service. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but the Service is provided “as is”.
6. Termination
You can stop using Fyll and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that harm other users or the Service. On termination, we'll delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that suggestions, deals, or receipt parsing will always be accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyll will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to 100 EUR.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we'll notify you through the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled by the courts of Stockholm, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under your local law.
